MemberGate have just launched a new support service where users are required to submit tickets to help deal with any troubleshooting issues or just general questions for support and sales.
The new support site has been running for about a week with some good feedback coming in.
The excellent feature of the new support system is the advance Ajax Knowledgebase which provides an instant index of result based on the questions you type, go and try it out! You can get instant answers to some of the most technical questions just by typing a keyword.
Tim Kerber has produced a small video tutorial showing how to use the site and as more questions come in the support team will continuously add new articles to the KB.
